Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an active Account on bd765, you must satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

Providing false or misleading registration data is grounds for immediate account closure.
Registration process: To create an Account, you must complete the bd765 registration form, provide valid contact information, select a secure password, and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the bd765 Privacy Policy. Account Obligations

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal to source of funds: bd765 applies a return-to-source policy where possible. Withdrawal funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all Players. If a return-to-source withdrawal is not technically possible, bd765 support will advise on the next available withdrawal route.
Bonuses and Promotions

- bd765 does not offer bonuses to Players who have activated responsible gaming self-exclusion or cooling-off tools. If you reactivate your account after self-exclusion, bonus eligibility will be reviewed individually by the VIP support team.
- All bonus values are denominated and credited in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied to any bonus at bd765.
Fair bonus policy: bd765 is committed to transparent bonus terms. Betting and Gaming Rules
All games and sports betting markets offered through bd765 are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market interface, supplemented by the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule will prevail.
Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes on bd765 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the respective provider's studio rules and are independently audited. Crash game outcomes — including Aviator by Spribe — use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. bd765 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting: Sports betting odds are set by bd765's trading team and are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. Live in-play odds may be suspended at any time during a sports event. bd765 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event result has been determined, or where a clear pricing error is identified. Void bets have their stake returned to the Player Wallet.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. bd765 may apply individual Player-level stake limits in the event of irregular betting patterns or for responsible gaming reasons.
Disconnection policy: If a Player's connection is interrupted during a game round, the game server will complete the round according to its normal logic. The outcome — whether a win or loss — will be recorded as the settled result. bd765 is not liable for incomplete game rounds caused by Player-side internet or device failures.
RNG Certification

Live Betting Rules

Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one Account per person

- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage
- Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
- Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name
- Money laundering or using bd765 to process funds of suspected criminal origin
- Abuse of the bonus and promotions system, including systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd765 support staff or other players
- Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation

Intellectual Property

- Losses resulting from a Player's decision to wager real money on any game or sports market
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladesh banking institutions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature arising from use of the Platform
- Loss of data or Account information resulting from circumstances outside bd765's direct control
Nothing in this section limits bd765's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In all cases where bd765 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Closure and Suspension
Voluntary closure by Player: You may request closure of your bd765 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after completion of standard KYC checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. VIP loyalty points are non-transferable and will not be paid out upon account closure.
Suspension by bd765: bd765 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for Immediate Suspension
bd765 may suspend an Account immediately upon detection of: multiple account operation, fraudulent payment activity, identity misrepresentation, underage access, self-exclusion violation, or engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 of these Terms.
Reactivation After Suspension
Players whose Accounts have been suspended pending investigation may contact [email protected] to request a review. bd765 will respond within 4 business hours (BST). If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the Account will be reactivated and any withheld balance returned in full. Permanently closed accounts due to confirmed violations cannot be reactivated.
Amendments to Terms
bd765 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, operational changes, new product launches, or to clarify existing provisions. When material changes are made, bd765 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The updated Terms and Conditions will always be available at bd765.app/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the bd765 Platform after any revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarification of existing provisions without substantive change, and updates to reflect new payment method names — may be published without advance notice. Only changes that materially affect Player rights, obligations, or financial terms trigger the 7-day advance notification requirement.
